JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Sr. Marketing Manager will be based in Weston, MA and in addition to other brand duties will be asked to take leadership responsibility for the overall strategy and execution of retention within Biogen Idec programs , namely Patient Services. This includes the pull-through of all marketing programs such as segmentation, messaging, CRM, etc. It is expected that the Sr. Marketing Manager will be the face of the marketing team for patient services and serve as the conduit to the home office for the frontline intelligence and metrics gathered by patient services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of consumer or patient marketing and be comfortable with analytics and reporting metrics. In addition, the candidate is expected to serve as the marketing ambassador to the patient services organization, and a demonstrated track record for cross-function leadership is expected. Specific patient biopharmaceutical marketing and/or specific patient services programming expertise are ideal. Expected travel is around 30% and experience with CRM and other customer adherence programs are a must.
