MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Steel Warehouse Co., located in Chattanooga, Tennessee is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. The ideal Candidate must have more than 4 years of manufacturing experience, strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills. Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools and welding tools. A working knowledge of Cut to Length process and Trump Laser Cutting equipment and knowledge of ISO14001 Environmental Management systems a plus. Primary responsibilities will consist of: Delegating Maintenance duties to the maintenance staff, Participating in troubleshooting and maintaining production and plant assets. Offers resources, coaching and conflict management of maintenance staff. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently. Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and sit for extended periods of time.
