Job Description

• Identify new product and feature opportunities that can drive incremental revenue for PayPal
• Estimating the expected financial impacts of new product or feature development and building business cases for new products or product enhancements
• Managing the roadmap for PayPal Mass Payments
• Creating use cases and detailed product requirements documents to articulate desired product features and functionality to the technical design team
• Collaborating closely with technical architects, and engineers to ensure that the product solution that is designed and developed delivers to requirements and meets business needs
• Collaborating cross-organizationally with sales, marketing, customer support, operations, risk management, and other functional areas to manage all aspects of new product and service roll-outs
• Collaborating with Regional teams on customer needs, product gap analysis, and Mass Payment partnership opportunities.
• Defining and implementing strategies for measuring product adoption and growth. 
• Acting as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Job Qualifications

• 6 or more years of work experience; must have product management experience.
• Demonstrated track record managing all aspects of a successful software or technology product throughout its lifecycle, including product strategy development, requirements definition, product marketing, and product metrics ownership
• Demonstrated ability to create effective product requirements documents, use cases, and launch planning is essential
• Experience in defining and delivering good user experiences
• Strong analytical skills 
• Excellent communication skills
• Skilled at leading cross functional groups and matrix organizations
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams
