.Work closely with Product Managers on assigned product lines.

.Assist field sales organization with rapid and accurate responses to all inquiries involving presale support and applications

.Update literature and software.

.Work with engineering and quality teams for resolution of field problems.

.Maintain competitive analysis for products of responsibility.

.Communicate product competitive strategies appropriately to the field. Provide training to sales force as required.

.Supporting pre-sale customer visits to the factory. Includes meeting with customers, making presentations and selling Carrier.

.Support product line on the SAP system

.Become an active member in ASHRAE and/or ARI

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with 2 plus years related experience, Master of Science degree preferred

.2 plus years HVAC experience

.2 plus years commercial sales experience preferred

.Proven experience interpreting specifications and communicating effectively with sales people, vendors, and other technical resources

.Proven experience demonstrating multitasking skills and interfacing with various levels and business functions within the organization

.Solid technical skills and analytical proficiency is a must

.Successful candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others in a fast pace work environment
